The Company sponsors a 401(k) savings plan. Under the plan, employees may make contributions which are eligible for a Company discretionary percentage contribution as defined in the plan and determined by the Board of Directors. The Company recognized $0.1 million of related compensation expense for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014. |
